As a Senior Development Manager with CitySpaces, Kendall contributes to a variety of development consulting projects. With experience across the development lifecycle, she approaches project management with equal parts empathy and resolve. Kendall brings a background in land use planning and non-profit housing development, with specific experience in redevelopment projects with existing tenant populations – this experience informs her understanding that projects should embody the principle that people are the experts in their own lives.
